COLOMBO (News1st): All hospitals have been instructed to accept and treat patients brought on Suwa Seriya ambulances, Deputy Director-General of Medical Services Dr Lal Panapitiya has said.
“We have informed them to make adequate arrangements to equip themselves with more facilities especially if they require it,” Dr Panapitiya noted.
He stressed that patients ferried through Suwa Seriya ambulances will be treated even if they test positive for COVID-19.
