Dear Ms. Belf-Becker, Mr. Depew, Mr. Grader, Mr. Nye, Mr. Silva, Chief Picariello and Chief Delehanty,
In the wake of the allegation that a Marblehead police officer carved a swastika into the side of a fellow officer’s car, we, the undersigned Marblehead residents, are writing to request your consideration of several requests relative to hiring and professional development practices as well as to the independent investigation into this particular incident.
