Point of View: Parker s leadership at PBSC solidifies it as a critical to the economic heartbeat for Palm Beach County

The Economic Council of Palm Beach County is comprised of the leaders of 100 of the top businesses in the County. It is our mission to create an environment in which business can prosper. Education is a crucial component of such an environment. Therefore, we think that is critical to publicly state our full support for and confidence in Palm Beach State College President Ava Parker. Her leadership, particularly during the pandemic, has proven invaluable to residents who are most vulnerable, as well as her ability to identify ways to create public, private and nonprofit partnerships to further economic prosperity for everyone within Palm Beach County.
