July 19, 2023 Accident - At 1:53 am, the reporting party requested options on an accident that occurred near 1202 E. Prospect. The vehicle was located at Johnstone Supply and a report was taken. The driver was taken home prior to the reporting party’s call. A warrant request was also taken.

The victim, 38-year old Andrew Lee Barton of Ponca City, was located near the Paladin Apartments on July 13 at 1:48 am outside the 700 building with a single gunshot wound to the chest.
