Tryon Palace s Holiday Cheer event canceled

To protect the health and safety of staff and visitors, Tryon Palace is canceling the upcoming Holiday Cheer event, originally scheduled for Dec. 12 and 19, due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in North Carolina.
Tryon Palace will have black-powder fireworks display from the South Lawn, on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. All are welcome to come view the fireworks from the safety of your car. Parking is available at the Eden Street and North Carolina History Center parking lots, or from the streets surrounding the Palace. The street just South of the Palace (Palace Point Commons) will be closed for the show.
