Fiji now has 4,496 active COVID-19 cases in isolation and 27 deaths from the deadly virus.
Permanent Secretary for Health, Doctor James Fong confirms there are 386 new cases of COVID-19 and 2 COVID-19 deaths to report for the 24 hour period that ended at 8am today.

Water Authority of Fiji workers are carrying out valve relocation works at the junction of Manuka Street in Nakasi to resolve low water pressure issues in the area.
As a result, residents along Vishnu Deo Rd will experience water supply disruptions from now until further notice.
The authority stated that these works were urgent and unavoidable.
“As a result of these essential and unavoidable operations, our customers living in the areas listed will experience a temporary disruption in their water supply from now, until further notice,” it said.
Areas affected are:
– Ramesh Patel Road
– JP Maharaj Road
