Collin Smelser brings more than a decade of culinary expertise to the trendy downtown Los Angeles hotel. Smelser will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage initiatives at the property s four dining outlets including the The Rooftop, Lilly Rose, The Gaslighter, and The Kitchen. Additionally, Smelser will oversee the menus for in-room dining, catering, and private events. Smelser most recently worked as Executive Chef at Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles where he was responsible for all menu development and the daily operation of the Food & Beverage Department. Prior to that, he was Executive Chef at The Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, Missouri.
