A ski resort in lake tahoe is facing a lawsuit about harken piece. They are claiming fraud and breach of contract. The resort said they would charge 20 a day at a parking lot that used to be free to park in. Skiers said they bought their passes before the new policy was announced so they should not have to pay the fees. North star said they do not comment on pending litigation. We were at northstar this weekend everybody was about that. The closed lots, you have to pay for. This was a bigger lot farther away, and you took a shuttle over.
