Cal men’s soccer nearly made a rare blemish on No. 1 Washington’s undefeated record, but lost to a late goal by the Huskies in the last nine seconds of the match. On Sunday, the blue and gold faced Oregon State, where they were able to come back in the latter half of the game to finish the weekend off with a draw.
If anything, Cal was supposed to have the slight advantage in the matchup against the University of San Francisco. However, the 5-1 loss that the Bears took tells a different story.
Following a rather difficult run on the road with two losses and a tie the Cal men’s soccer team has returned home for a match against its neighbors across the Bay: the University of San Francisco Dons.
