PA CareerLink Center returns to normal operating hours By Staff Reports NEW CASTLE The PA CareerLink Center in Lawrence County returned to its normal operating hours on Monday. The center is now open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Seating in the building is limited and visitors are required to wear a face mask in order to enter. Appointments are no longer required but are encouraged. In order to follow CDC guidelines and limit waiting times, individuals seeking services may complete a questionnaire ahead of time at https://tinyurl.com/wcpacl or call to make an appointment.
