Members of the boards of the Ozark Arts Council (OAC) and Camp Jack gathered together in the Lyric Theater s lobby on Monday, Jan. 29, to forge plans for a collaborative initiative. The joint effort "M A S H ‘Em Up For Veterans," seeks to raise over $40,000 through a multi-faceted fundraising campaign. The two groups’ efforts will culminate in a two-weekend performance of the one-act play, "M A S H," at the historic Lyric Theater this November. A special performance of the show will be given after the Veterans Day parade on Nov. 11.
The Lyric Theatre and Ozark Arts Council have announced audition dates for "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten." Auditions will be held at the Lyric Theater on Jan. 20 and 21, 2024 at 2 p.m. Actors ages 16 and up are invited to audition. Performances will be 3/1/2024 through 3/3/2024.
