Keighley-district mental health organisation has bumper start to year

A string of fundraising activities is being staged in support of It’s Worth Talking About.
Teenager Ryley Simmonds and her mum Becci aim to cover one million steps between them as part of a challenge running throughout this month.
In total, 13-year-old Ryley – a student at Beckfoot Oakbank School, Keighley – and Becci will clock-up about 500 miles.
“Exercise is my outlet to manage my own wellbeing and mental health so to combine that with support for a great local cause like It’s Worth Talking About – through fundraising and raising awareness – made perfect sense,” said Becci, who works in child services with Bradford Council. ....
