A former salon and takeaway are among 40 lots to be auctioned in Sheffield this month.

The takeaway on Ellerton Road, Firth Park, was called Montanas, which sold pizzas and kebabs. It has a guide price of £35,000 and was let as a take away for 3 years from January 2021 at £100per week.
Auctioneer Mark Jenkinson says the single storey takeaway premises is in a convenient location in this residential area, close to the Northern General Hospital.
The former salon is on Owlerton Green, Hillsborough, with a guide price of £195,000.
