CoWIN (Covid Vaccine Intelligence Work) is an app introduced by the central government of India for the vaccination process. Co-WIN, a digital platform, was created for real-time monitoring of COVID-19 vaccine delivery. Registration of beneficiaries on Co-WIN app for the second phase of Covid-19 vaccination commenced on March 1, 2021.
In the second phase, govt started vaccinating those who are above 60 years of age and those over 45 with comorbidities. The eligible beneficiaries would be able to register themselves on the Co-WIN platform from March 1. The new version of the Co-WIN platform will be GPS-enabled and the beneficiaries will have the option to choose the inoculation session site both at the government and private facilities. ....
