catherine, here onset with me had mentioned, obviously you went to law school as well and have argued, you have litigated . you know the importance of precedent in cases. we are seeing jobs, we are seeing affirmative action yesterday. we are seeing some of these decisions that are overruling what have been decades of precedents. it is interesting. it depends on your view of whether it was rightly decided in the first place. certainly when it comes to an issue like a row, the conservative majority, roe was wrongly decided from the beginning. the only thing that changed was the composition of the heart. the problem, of course, with something like that, it has the ability, or at least the potential to erode the public s perception of the court. you do see, in this opinion, from the chief justice on student loans, he goes out of his way to say, we might have reasonable disagreements among us about these things.
