Buhari mourns Okadigbo's son NEWS - The Advocate

Late Senate President, Chuba Okadigbo and his deceased first son, Pharaoh
President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the family of former Senate President, Dr Chuba Okadigbo, over the death of their son, Pharaoh Okadigbo.
Describing Pharaoh’s death as a sad loss, the President observed that he was a promising youth with much passion for young people’s involvement in the sociopolitical development of Nigeria.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, Buhari said the deceased shared the same passion for a better Nigeria for all Nigerians with himself.

Ohanaeze raises concern over increasing insecurity in South East

Apex Igbo Social Cultural Organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has expressed concerns over the increasing wave of attacks on citizens in the South East region.
The organization also said the Federal Government, must as a matter of urgency, make delicate choices that would tackle insecurity across the country or risk loosing its nationhood.
While addressing newsmen in Enugu, following recent attacks in Ebonyi and other states which led to loss of lives and property, President General of the organization, George Obiozor said the dream of Nigerian Unity is fast recedding and fading with violence, crisis and conflicts. ....
