(File photo) MANILA - Churches under the Archdiocese of Manila will be tolling their bells later on Friday in observance of the 36th anniversary of the Edsa People Power Revolution. "In response to the proposal of our brother priests, the Cardinal (Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula) approved of the tolling of our church bells tomorrow, February 25 at 12:00 noon and 8:00 in the evening, in commemoration of the EDSA People Power Revolution and gratitude to the Lord for the gift of achieving change through prayer, love of country and peaceful means," the Archdiocese of Manila Office of Communications said in a Facebook post Thursday night. Also, the archdiocese asked the clergy and the people to pray for Ukraine. "As we pray for our nation, let this also be an expression of our solidarity with the people of Ukraine," it added. The Manila archdiocese also invited the faithful to attend the Mass to be celebrated by Advincula at the Edsa Shrine at 12:15 p.m. February 25
