In that sense the court is getting involved in issues that the American People have spoken on, issues that they want. And the court has said no. Struck it out at the state and the federal level. This may very well account for why the courts approval public ready has declined in the last decade or so because their willingness to get involved in the big issues and overturn decisions of the American People want. So maybe activists is a better word than politicize. I will put on my practicing lawyer had, i think that what does get lost sometimes is that not all the decisions of the Supreme Court are these big little issues that you read about in the paper. I think much of the courts work, most of it involves issues that people wouldnt really consider that political, bankruptcy issue, statute of limitation issues. And their efforts to resolve the conflicts in the circuits. I think you do have to step back because the media, not the big cases but theres so much of the work a day, stuff that
