You know workers say they finally reopened late this morning after police say a robbery suspect actually opened fire towards one of their clerks inside the store. This just as two officers were driving into the parking lot of the 7eleven store at monroe and scott around 2 00 in the morning. Stan at that cholera police say the officer saw the suspect inside trying to rob the store. They say the suspect opened fire inside and then left the store and there were other people outside in the lot. Immediately confronted by our officers who were on the scene. The suspect didnt comply with our command. And our officers fearing for their lives and citizens in the parking lot of 7eleven discharged their weapons fatally wounding the
