Northumberland OPP say a motorcyclist died following a collision with a tractor-trailer on County Road 30 in the Municipality of Brighton on Nov. 13, 2023.
Jason Outhwaite was wanted on a child pornography charge. The SIU say police found him in medical distress at a residence south of the city. He later died in hospital.
