香港特首林鄭月娥斥布林肯：美國正採取明顯的雙重標準
　　繼特區政府17日早上回應美國國務院、商務部、國土安全部和財政部向美國在港企業和個人發出的所謂商業警告後，林鄭月娥發表聲明，指特區政府絕不能對布林肯的錯誤言論坐視不理。
　　她說，香港國安法明確規定香港特區維護國家安全的同時，應當尊重和保障人權和自由。然而，《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》《經濟、社會與文化權利的國際公約》以至全球大部分國家的憲法均清楚列明，可基於維護國家安全的原因，通過立法限制一些基本個人權利和自由。
　　特區政府留意到美國當局多次以維護其國家安全為由，合理化一些影響其他國家、企業和個人的決定和行動，難以想像仍未有人察覺美國正採取明顯的雙重標準。
