UAPF JSC explained why Kazakhstanis are denied early use of pension funds, Kazpravda.kz reports.
It is reported that out of the total number (10,292.) of applications received on January 25 (the first day of applications acceptance), 1,832 applications (18%) were rejected by UAPF JSC as not meeting the requirements of the legislation, for the following main reasons:
1. Incorrectly indicated amounts, including those with excess of existing pension savings. It is necessary to carefully fill out the applications, following the recommendations of Otbasy Bank.
2. Amounts for withdrawal are indicated incorrectly when choosing the method of payment of individual income tax (IIT). ....

The United Accumulative Pension Fund JSC signed an agreement with two more banks-operators, with the help of which it is possible to withdraw pension savings ahead of schedule, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the fund s press service.
The legislation provides that in order to receive lump-sum pension payments from the UAPF in order to improve their living conditions and (or) pay for treatment, depositors apply to the authorized operators, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, filling out electronic applications on the Internet resource of the authorized operator.
In his application, the depositor indicates the purpose of using the lump-sum pension payments and the available amount allocated for the intended use. The authorized operator reviews and makes decisions on approving applications of depositors, interacts with the UAPF on transferring lump-sum pension payments from the UAPF to special ....
