12头鲸豚搁浅台州海域搁浅后救回可能性大吗？ 5034 　　新京报讯 7月6日早上8时，台州市港航口岸和渔业管理局接到报警，有12头鲸豚搁浅在北洋坝滩涂上，需要紧急救援。　　由于当时正是退潮期间，水位较低，执法小艇无法驶入该区域，11名执法人员选择在大竹山上岸，前往北洋坝开展救援。到达现场后，执法人员发现一共有12头鲸豚搁浅在滩涂上，执法人员和已经在现场的乡镇、公安、消防等工作人员一起分工合作，一部分在岸边挖水坑，然后四五个人为一小组，将搁浅在滩涂上的鲸豚，一头一头地扛到挖好的水坑里，并为它们盖上湿毛巾，不断地给它们的身上浇水，防止身上的水分蒸发。　　截至7月6日傍晚6时许，新京报记者从临海市委宣传部处获悉，所有鲸豚已救援上岸，三头在早上救援人员赶到之前就已死亡，两头�
