The accused person was arraigned on a four-count charge bordering on felony, false pretense and breach of peace. The accused person allegedly committed the offence in December 2019 at Ayegbemi, Ota Efun area in Osogbo. The prosecutor, Inspector Bose Shoyemi told the court that the accused person obtained the sum of N700,000 from one Amuda Okiki with the intention of giving her a plot of land, knowing fully well that it was false. The prosecutor further said that the accused conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by selling a fake land to the complainant.
