North Dakota is seeing another day inside the Federal Courthouse in their battle against the U.S. Government for the costs incurred during the Dakota Access Pipeline protests.
On day four of the trial between North Dakota and the U.S. Government, the state continues to ask for assistance in covering costs related to the DAPL protests.
