Pieces of theater all over the theater. We found our columns had been knocked over. We found broken swords. We found broken lances. Reporter drama teacher victoria carpenter on the vandals who trashed this auditorium on halloween night. They almost turned their greek tragedy trojan women into a real one. This matters to us and its important to us and the hard work we put into this is real and it just absolutely broke my heart thinking that someone could just look over that. A song for troy. The specific area theyre looking at is a grouping of trees. Crews from the Oakland Public Works department is doing digging. This is connection to a cold case that is five years older or possibly older. Police came out to the site yesterday as part of the investigation and today returned, contacted the fbi and asked for assistance. They are providing help with forensic analysis of whatever is unearthed at this site. We contacted opd and asked for more about the cold case, the investigation. They released a statement that says the Oakland Police department is conducting an investigation in connection with a crime that occurred.
