Getting a lot of unwanted attention because of an exotic pet. digi is the family s 5-year-old kangaroo. probably not surprisingly the first kangaroo to live in their city. animal control officers say it is perfectly legal for the family to keep the kangaroo and they have met all the requirements needed to keep her on their property. even so, the city is considering an exotic animal ordinance. the family wants to make sure it is okay if to keep their kangaroo if the ordinance passes. kangaroos are actually, there are very, very few reported attacks on people. i wonder in australia, is a kangaroo a pet that is not so odd. i think that is still pretty odd. they are wild animals but very powerful hind leg. the only large animal that hops around as a means of locomotion. pretty cool. what about the bunny rabbit? don t they hop around? large animal. i said large animal. ....
Ordinance, you are for discrimination. the way that i read this ordinance, it also says people can t be discriminated against on the basis of religion. but if a christian has posted on facebook support for traditional marriage or tweeted something about it in the past, is it your concern that that s actually going to be held against them at some point if this ordinance passes? it will be held against them. we have a story that s breaking in san antonio nationally even right now of an airman, sergeant monk, who because of something he thought was fired in the air force the other day. he s a member of my church. the very concerns we have about what the city is doing we re seeing happen around us. we have a story at macy s a year and a half ago where a young lady was fired at macy s for violating macy s code which is similar to what the city of san antonio is trying to do. this is discriminating against people who have moral values and moral traditions and it s going to affect their fam ....
