Gov. Andrew Cuomo lifted two Orange County Micro-Cluster Yellow Zones but left one in place: Newburgh. 
Middletown and Highland Falls are no longer in a state-designated precautionary COVID-19 zone. This lifts some restrictions from school districts, houses of worship, mass gatherings and restaurants.
