Expressing gratitude towards Vajpayee for having a soft corner in his heart that led was reflected in the pro-NE policies during his tenure as Prime Minister, Sarma on Monday attended Susashan Divas celebration hosted by Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority at the Atal Udyan in Maligaon locality of Guwahati correlating with the 99th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna the Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
