DILG Secretary Eduardo Ano (File photo) MANILA - Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Ano on Friday urged local government units (LGUs) to continue the nationwide Road Clearing Operation (RCO) and campaign against tricycles on national highways to protect children from road accidents following the shift of schools to face-to-face classes.
