Courtney M. Manninger, 27; Tonya M. Manninger, 42, and Scott A. Vilmer, 54, all of the same address on Stacey Drive in Granite City, were each charged May 26 with one count of unlawful possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, all Class X felonies. The cases were presented by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. According to court documents, on May 25 the three allegedly were found to be in possession of between 400-900 grams of methamphetamine, with intent to deliver. ....
