A Virtual 104th Birthday Celebration Held for Syracuse Woman

A Virtual 104th Birthday Celebration Held for Syracuse Woman The pandemic has made it hard for all of us: not being able to do the things we love, not being able to visit our families. With the difficult circumstances come the need to adapt to the change. In today s word, the word virtual is one that many are thankful for. That includes the family of Josephine Lovett, who turned 104 years old on Sunday. Lovett lives in Liverpool, in the general Syracuse area, and her family realized they wouldn t be able to celebrate her birthday like they have in years past. For this year, they celebrated virtually because Onondaga Center, the nursing home Lovett lives in, currently still can’t accept visitors.
