I recently moved into a nursing facility, so my son took my dog. The problem is, my dog has a bad habit of jumping on people and this is frustrating my son. Do you have suggestions on how to stop this? I don’t want him to rehome my baby.

I don’t want him to rehome your baby, either, so here are instructions on how he can teach your dog not to jump.
Start with the “sit” command, even if your dog is well-versed in this. Say “sit,” and use a clicker (available at pet stores) or say a reward word, like “bingo,” when it complies to mark the behavior. Then give your dog a treat. ....
