DLSA Reasi holds sensitization prog on SC directions

Reasi: District Legal Service Authority, Reasi today organised an Online Sensitization Programme for the Senior Police Officers,SHOs and Prosecuting Officers of District Reasi on the theme ‘Ensuring Compliance of Directions of the Supreme Court laid down in Arnesh Kumar V/s State of Bihar (2014) 8 SCC 273.’
The programme was held on the directions of Justice Ali Mohammad Magray, the Chairman High Power Committee of U.T of J&K(Executive Chairman of J&K Legal Services Authority) and under the guidance and supervision of R N Wattal, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Reasi, and Secretary DLSA, Rekha Kapoor Nischal. ....
