The sheriff encouraged listeners to contact commissioners like Chris Rodgers, saying "Tell them that you want them to keep the current youth center open to keep our community safe." But Rodgers said that has nothing to do with what's being voted on Tuesday. "The issue tomorrow is only about how do we transition kids into the new facility," Rodgers said.
