State laws governing police conduct seem to be easing, but law enforcement officials say barriers remain and funding is insufficient to meet additional demands.
PORT ANGELES — A Clallam County man has been arrested on stolen property, firearms and drug charges following a month-long investigation by the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team.
A Sequim man convicted in November on drug charges has been sentenced to three years in prison plus one year of state Department of Corrections supervision, according to the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team.
