Olmsted County tops 100 COVID-related deaths The first 97 COVID-related deaths in Olmsted County were charted in a report by County Public Health Director Graham Briggs earlier this month. The Rochester City Council has approved a pilot program allowing the city s Heritage Preservation Commission to approve or deny a developer s plan to renovate the Olmsted County Bank and Trust building without a typically required permit.
