Bayer Leverkusen has to find a successor for coach Hannes Wolf, who is only on loan from the DFB. Now there is apparently a solution: The Swiss Gerardo Seoane should train the Werkself. The change should be made official on Wednesday.
According to media reports, Bundesliga soccer team Bayer Leverkusen will introduce Gerardo Seoane from the Swiss club Young Boys Bern as their future coach on Wednesday. The 42-year-old got a two-year contract for the new season, among other things, “Sport1” and the “Kölner Express” reported on Tuesday evening. There was initially no confirmation for this. Seoane’s contract with Bern actually runs until 2023.
