But you see the dogs realized something is going on. So finally the dogs pull the bag out. Inside that bag was a little girl. They noticed that there was a baby in the bag, but the person that walked by didnt notice anything. Dogs sensed something was up. This is video of somebody walking out of a house and tossing a trash bag into a gutter with a human child inside. That is is horrifying. It was a newborn child they threw away, but the dogs would not let it go. The good news is that baby was finally discovered because the dogs kept barking. And the baby was eventually taken to the hospital. This little girl, doctors say, is lucky to be alive.
