We have been on a steady decline since march 30 and hospitalizations and 300 across our state. That is why we decided to have a measured reopening. We will always be datadriven in oklahoma. I put up 80 different mobile test sites across the state. We currently rank 25th in the nation with the testing and it is time for a measured reopening. I also told oklahomans that we will be datadriven and we will continue to watch the trends.
