Personnel of the Nigeria Police Force in the Awgu local government area of Enugu State have allegedly detained a nursing mother, Mrs Chinenye Nwachukwu and her three-month-old baby, in a cell for two days. An Assistant Superintendent of Police in Nigeria, Oke Vincent, has been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl at the police station.
