good morning. i m down here on the ground because i want to show you the water here has come up about six or seven feet since early this morning. this is all run off from a nearby lake. behind me is actually a field. that s not the lake itself. you can see how much water we are talking about. it is starting to slightly recede as the rain is tapering off but it s not the first time the people of ohio have had to deal with this situation this week. take a look at the tree behind me. you can see the water mark there. just on monday, water was about three feet higher in this area than it was today. a lot of people here haven t recovered from that flood. now they re faced with yet ood one. i can tell you here in western ohio, at least in the russel s point area the major roads are all open but there is localized flooding. the rain, a lot of the heaviest has moved on off to the east. by this evening this area could be getting more snow. so more moist air, a lot colder, ....
