The Ogun State Internal Revenue Service (OGIRS) has warned that there will be no extension of the due date for the filing of tax returns. It, however, urged tax agents in the state to file their 2023 Annual Tax Returns before the deadline to avoid a penalty. The Executive Chairman of OGIRS, Mr Olugbenga Olaleye who gave the warning in a statement on Wednesday, stated that tax agents were expected to statutorily file their 2023 employees' tax returns on or before January 31, 2024
