Lutzko, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, announced Monday that Oglesby Construction, Inc., headquartered in Norwalk, Ohio, has agreed to pay the United States $942,146.40 to resolve allegations that it falsified material usage records while performing on federally subsidized contracts to apply paint striping to Ohio roadways between 2012 and 2018.
A Norwalk company will pay nearly a million dollars to the federal government to resolve allegations of false alarms for highway paint striping, according to a news release.
Gerald E. Reichert, 65, and Adam M. Reichert, 36, were sentenced by Judge Jack Zouhary of the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, recently following their guilty pleas to conspiracy to commit major fraud against the United States, highway project fraud and wire fraud.
