(KYMA via AP) At least 13 people were killed when an SUV carrying about three times as many passengers as legally allowed crashed into a semitruck Tuesday near the border with Mexico in Southern California, authorities said. Cops responding to the crash in Holstville just after 6 a.m. found a grisly scene, with 12 dead bodies and multiple victims with serious injuries outside and inside the SUV, according to police. A 13th person was pronounced dead upon arrival at a hospital.
