of astonishing. advance into cities. it took them hours to capture rostov and i think this tells us something about the russian official army s ability and or willingness to fight wagner. speaking about the transformation within wagner and its rhetoric, it is absolutely breathtaking. over the past 24 hours or so, yevgeny prigozhin went from never directly criticising vladimir putin, his rude, extremely salty language was focused on the russian military, the top ranks, and now this morning, i think it was the first time when prigozhin directly challenged, defied vladimir putin and his audio message posted on social media.
russian army s morale and one crucial, absolutely vitalfactor, is whether yevgeny prigozhin can expect to get any support whatsoever from rank and file members of the russian army orjunior commanders from the russian army who will have a certain degree of respect for wagner which has shown itself is a very capable fighting force in ukraine. however, there is a chasm, a cultural chasm between at the russian official army if you like and wagner because top russian security commanders and military commanders, they are there to defend what they will think is law and order, to defend the state. well, wagner is led by someone who has spent nine years in jail, well, wagner is led by someone who has spent nine years injail, his force that uses a huge number of convicts and it is difficult to see
