Gen. Ferdinand S. Razalan, the new General Headquarters and Headquarters Service Command (GHQ&HSC) chief. Col. Jorry Baclor, AFP public affairs office chief, said Razalan officially replaced Brig. Gen. George Joel N. Lalaquil effective April 11. Lalanquil is set to head the Philippine Army (PA)'s Installation Management Command in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. Diaz, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) deputy chief of staff for logistics or OJ-4, formally retired from the service on Thursday after more than 34 years in service. In a statement Friday, the AFP honored Diaz's role in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities that improved the living conditions of troops stationed in remote detachments and stations in the West Philippine Sea.
