Lynchburg Commonwealth’s Attorney Bethany Harrison has concluded that a Lynchburg police officer’s use of force was justifiable during his response to a Nov. 10 homicide on Boonsboro Road. Harrison said in a release Wednesday no criminal charges are warranted.
