坪地街道辖区某企业员工卢先生来服务大厅办理居住证，但没有办理成功。在“事办不成反映处”，工作人员对他带来的材料进行全面“诊断”发现，原因是卢先生的社保缴纳年限不足。听了工作人员的耐心解释，虽然事没办成，卢先生还是很满意，“等满足条件了我再来”。
“在为群众服务过程中，总能看到市民有‘事办不成’的情况，偶尔也会听到抱怨。我们就想，能不能再为群众做点什么？”坪地街道行政服务大厅工作人员介绍说，结合深入开展党史学习教育，他们成立了“事办不成反映处”，采用“首接、首问、首办”责任制，安排专人面对面解答群众提出的各种问题。除了推动现场办结，他们对一些暂时解决不了的“疑难杂症”做好收集记录和分门别类整理，弄清楚“哪些事 ....
