STERLING  An investigation resulted in a Sterling woman being arrested Friday and drugs seized.
Sterling Police, in conjunction with the Northern Worcester County Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 31 Lakeview Ave.
A large quantity of heroin and fentanyl was seized, as was over $1,000 in drug proceeds.
Susan Ustaitis, 48, of that address, was arrested and charged with trafficking in heroin and fentanyl and possession with intent to deliver a schedule B drugs.
She was arraigned Friday in Clinton District Court and held of $10,000 cash bail. She will be back in court on March 4 for pretrial.
Sterling Police Chief Gary Chamberland credited Office Steve Mucci, who was recently assigned to the task force, with playing a major role in the month-long investigation. ....
